JD Logistics (JDL) is looking for a full-
time job for a large warehouse JDL in Buford GA【Warehouse Lead】

Job Responsibilities:
1. Under the supervision of the department head, be responsible for the overall arrangement of daily shipping work and reasonably deploy shipping personnel.
2. Be responsible for formulating, modifying and improving the delivery workflow to make the daily work of the warehouse faster and more organized.
3. Be responsible for the training of shipping personnel, continuously improve the operational level of shipping personnel, and improve the overall service quality.
4. Supervise designated transportation employees to ensure 100% timely delivery according to the requirements of each order, with zero errors or omissions.
5. Evaluate the performance of each member.
Responsible for coordination and cooperation with other working groups.
6. Communicate company policies and latest developments to shipping employees.
7. Ensure the compliance of the team in accordance with the requirements of the company's information management system.

Qualifications:
1. Proficient in using office software and familiar with WMS system is preferred; 2. Have at least 1 year or more of warehouse working experience, and
be familiar
with the workflow of each link of warehouse receiving, storage and shipping arrangement; 3 . 1. Proficient in the use of office software, familiar with WMS system is preferred ; 2. Having good health conditions, good at coordination and communication management, as well as willing to engage in the warehousing and logistics industry for a long timeWork situation: 1. Responsible for docking the daily warehouse volume, coordinating manpower, ordering, packaging, packing, tallying, etc. 2. The warehouse is located in Piscataway, New Jersey, and commuting is self-sufficient 3. Work 5 days a week, about 8 hours a day, 08:30 - 17:00, occasionally overtime when there are a lot of orders 4. Accept OPT, day 1 CPT Work Situation: 1. Responsible for docking the daily warehouse volume, coordinating manpower, ordering, packaging, packaging, tallying, etc.
































2. The warehouse is located in Piscataway, NJ. Commuting is self-sufficient
3. Work 5 days a week, about 8 hours a day, 08:30 - 17:00, occasionally there will be overtime due to a large volume of orders
