岗位职责：

1. 负责管理亚特兰大仓储部门日常运作，确保收货、配货、打包、发货、上架等流程正常进行；
2. 执行和完善仓库的规章制度、规范作业标准及流程，提高效率；
3. 库安全工作和保管工作，防止货物丢失，监督跟踪货物收发区域情况，货物摆放整齐正确，做好卫生工作，科学管理货品库位，提出改进方案，保证仓库正规化；
4. 有效配合公司整体业务运作需求；
5. 监督执行盘点工作和结果分析，并提出改进方案；
6. 熟悉仓储管理软件操作系统和ERP/API软件，能无缝对接国内仓储系统；
7. 对出入库货物进行详细账务的记录，每月反馈给国内总部；
8. 负责相关单证的保管与存档，数据的统计、存档；
9. 按照产品类别分类包装，贴标，熟悉各个发货渠道，构建和当地物流企业良好的关系，能根据货物属性给出最合理的发货方式 ，确保每天出库产品及能时发货

岗位要求：

1. 大学以上学历，中/英文流畅，具有独立编写中/英文邮件的能力；
2. 有1年以上跨境电商仓库管理工作经验，熟悉亚马逊、ebay、wayfair等跨境电商平台；
3. 熟练操作电脑办公及ERP系统操作；
4. 较强的解决问题和沟通的能力，确保及时、完整、正确的提供库存动态信息；
5. 具备较强的责任心和团队精神，具备较强的管理统筹能力，能承受一定工作压力

Hiring e-Commerce Warehouse Manager

Job Description:
1. In charge of the daily operation of Atlanta
warehouse, ensure the normal process of receiving, distributing, packing, delivering
and launching products;
2. Implement and improve warehouse rules and regulations,
standardize operation standards and processes, and increase efficiency;
3. Daily warehouse
safety work , prevent loss of goods, supervise and track the situation of goods
receiving and dispatching areas, arrange the products neatly and correctly, keeping
warehouse clean, scientifically manage the products stocking, propose
improvement plans, and ensure the regularization of the warehouse;
4. Effectively cooperate with headquarters' business operation requests;
5. Supervise the execution of inventory work and
analysis of results, and propose improvement plans;
6. Operate warehouse management software and
ERP/API system, and able to connect to the headquarters' logistics system smoothly;
7. Detailed accounting records of stocking goods and
report to the domestic headquarters monthly;
8. In charge of the storage and archiving of
relevant documents, statistics and archiving of data;
9. Classified packaging and labeling according to
product categories, familiar with various delivery channels, building good
relationships with local logistics companies, offering the most reasonable
delivery method according to the attributes of the goods, and ensure that
products can be shipped on time

Job Requirements:

1. College degree and above, fluent in Chinese
& English speaking and able to writing/ editing emails in Chinese &
English;
2. 1 year experience in e-commerce warehouse
management, familiar with e-commerce marketplace platforms such as Amazon,
eBay, Wal-Mart and Wayfair;
3. Proficiency in Microsoft office and ERP/API
system operation;
4. Must have strong problem solving skill and
communication skill to ensure offering the inventory dynamic information accurately
and timely;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and
team-work spirit, have strong management and overall planning capabilities, and
be able to work under pressures
