IT Manager was very very rude person I have ever seen in my whole life because she treated people like slaves. There was no training/ no KT (Knowledge Transfer), no shadowing, no SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Everyday morning her 1st task was to scolding and yelling on me to didn't complete previous day task, But how can I complete that task without proper training, If I ask doubts regarding it she should explain nicely, (this happened in my previous companies), instead of it she looked at me very seriously, scolding and yelling at me a lot of times. Advice to IT Manager- Treat humans like humans, We are not robots. Humans will do mistakes, then only they will become perfect.
